NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Lora Riddle of Brentwood, president and director of Crye-Leike Relocation Services - Middle Tennessee Region, was recently awarded the Advisory Council Chair Leadership Award from Leading Real Estate Companies of the World Network at their National Conference in Desert Springs, California.

 

 

Riddle, a member and Chairperson of the RELO Advisory Council, received the recognition for her outstanding dedication and service within the organization.  The Advisory Council consists of leading relocation directors from across the country, which assists in managing network policies, procedures and initiatives.

 

In addition, Riddle participated as a speaker during the conference that attracts over 800 brokers and relocation professionals nationwide.  She presented on the subject of "The development of foreclosure business."

JACKSON, Miss. - Crye-Leike Realtors, the nation's 6th largest real estate company, has selected Flowood, Miss. as the site of its new corporate headquarters.

 

Construction on the new 37,000 square foot retail center and office building located behind Ruby Tuesdays off Lakeland Drive is underway and is scheduled to be complete by summer.

 

Crye-Leike's current corporate headquarters located in Ridgeland under the leadership of managing broker Lynette Magee-Praytor will be moving into the new space.  "We're excited about the move," says Praytor.  "Crye-Leike is a full service real estate company that offers its sales associates and customers access to some of the best resources in the business, from a fully staffed extended-hour appointment center, to a fully functional marketing department, relocation department, title company and so much more."

NASHVILLE, Tenn.-- Denise J. Beard, Cindy Stanton-Fey, and Pam Boles, all of Crye-Leike Realtors were recently selected by members of the Tennessee Association of Realtors (TAR) to attend its 2007 Class of Leadership TAR.

 

In order to receive this honor, each real estate professional met stringent requirements of the program, showing exemplary performance in the areas of leadership, ethics, loyalty, and service to the community and real estate profession.

 

Only ten realtors from across the state were selected to participate in the leadership conference.

NASHVILLE, Tenn.- Crye-Leike, Realtors proudly announces that associates Scott Boles, Carol Cordrey, Susan McKinney, Jimmy Dugger, and Jimmy Settle have been elected as the 2007 Presidents of their respective local associations of realtors.

 

Real estate agent Susan McKinney of the Crye-Leike Cool Springs branch office, located at 206A Cool Springs Blvd., has been named President of the Williamson County Association of Realtors.  A full-time realtor, McKinney has a Masters of Science from the University of Tennessee- Knoxville, and holds the prestigious CRS, SBR, GRI, CPPS, and RRI professional real estate designations.  McKinney primarily serves the needs of buyers and sellers in and around Davidson and Williamson Counties.

MEMPHIS, Tenn.- Crye-Leike, Realtors real estate associate Pat Goldstein was recently awarded the 2006 Realtor Associate of the Year Award by the Memphis Area Association of Realtors.

 

Real estate agents receiving this honor are selected for their involvement within the community and their local real estate association by a group of their peers.

 

Associated with the Crye-Leike Germantown branch office, Goldstein, a 23-year real estate agent, specializes in residential, relocation, first-time homebuyers and new home real estate sales.  She holds the CRS, ABR, GRI, and SRES professional designations and has served on her local real estate board's Governmental Affairs and Governing Documents and Education Committees.
