Memphis, Tenn. (July 28, 2016) - Amy Linthicum of Germantown, Tennessee has become affiliated with Crye-Leike REALTOR'S Bartlett branch office, where she will join her husband, John Linthicum, as a real estate team. She, along with her husband, will serve the real estate needs of buyers and sellers in and around the Memphis Metropolitan area, specializing in residential properties and relocation services.

Memphis, TN (July 19, 2016)-Crye-Leike Relocation Services, which has been assisting transferees since 1980, announces that Cheryl Fortner, vice president of its Mid-South Division, has successfully passed the 2016 Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) exam, and been awarded the CRP designation.

Earning the CRP designation signifies that Fortner, who works in various areas of employee mobility, has gained extensive and useful knowledge of all aspects of U.S. employee relocation.

Fortner, a University of Tennessee at Knoxville graduate, has been a valued member of the Crye-Leike Relocation Division since 1999. Memphis, Tenn. (July 19, 2016) - Crye-Leike Real Estate Services, the nation's sixth largest residential real estate brokerage firm, has partnered with Buyside, a leading software provider of real estate buyer data and analytics, to help its sales associates become more efficient in connecting qualified buyers and sellers.

Recently signing a multi-year agreement with Buyside, Crye-Leike will soon be able to deliver a new consumer tool providing valuable insights into the property valuation of homes based on market statistics and demand trends.

Buyside Founder Charles Williams understands that consumers are naturally curious about home valuations and are actively seeking out resources to help educate themselves. Tim Brewer of Crye-Leike, Realtors has been named principal & managing broker of its Hendersonville branch office, announced Chief Executive Officer Harold E. Crye.

Brewer, a Hendersonville resident, will be responsible for managing and recruiting a sales force in his office that lists and sells residential and commercial real estate in Middle Tennessee. The office, located at 383 Johnny Cash Parkway, generated a sales volume of $62.37 million in 2015, representing 313.5 transaction sides.

In addition to his new administrative role, Brewer will continue to list, sell, develop and lease residential and commercial real estate in and around Middle Tennessee. As a master auctioneer and principal auctioneer in Middle Tennessee with the company, he also provides auction services for all types of real estate.
